Meet Sarah
Helping people flourish through life, learning and leadership.
Flow brings together Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, wellbeing science and experiential learning to create meaningful experiences that help people and organisations thrive.
For over 14 years, I've partnered with organisations, individuals and communities to design strengths-led workshops, leadership programmes, retreats and curated wellbeing experiences. Every experience is thoughtfully designed to meet people where they are—and help them move forward with greater clarity, confidence and connection.
Alongside my professional work, I've experienced my own seasons of challenge, change and growth. Those experiences have deepened my belief that wellbeing isn't about avoiding life's ebbs and flows—it's about developing the strengths, skills and self-awareness to move through them. They have shaped not only how I live, but how I support others.
Whether I'm facilitating a leadership team, speaking at a conference, guiding educators, curating a Flow Gathering or leading a Slow Flow session by the sea, my aim is always the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported and equipped with practical tools to live well, learn well, lead well—and ultimately flourish.
